Your business is important to us and in order to ensure things go smoothly, we are providing the following information.

How do I clean my granite?

Granite countertop can be cleaned with warm water and clean cloth. Do take care to clean oil, lime or vinegar spills by blotting them as soon as you can to minimize absorption. Do not use any products containing ammonia or bleach on your granite countertops.

How often do I have to seal my granite countertops?

Our professional installers seal the granite upon installation, which is good for two to four years depending on usage and color. For lighter color stone, sealing could be done after one year. For darker colors, sealing could be done after two years.

What is the difference between 2 cm and 3 cm countertops?

Granite is available in two levels of thickness. The difference is the look each stone presents. The trend these days is to go with 3 cm or 1¼" thickness for countertops and we recommend it for structural reasons, too.

Why do my sink and appliances need to be at the site during field measurement?

We need to have the exact measurement of the sink and appliances for accurate calculation of the square footage of granite.

How long will the installation take?

As each project is a custom project, time for installation varies. However, for a medium size kitchen (approximately 50 square feet), it should take five to six hours.

How do I prepare for the installation day?

Access to the area where granite needs to be installed needs to be cleared. All top level kitchen or vanity drawers need to be emptied before the crew arrives. Additionally, plumbing and gas connection need to be disconnected.
